And you? When will you begin that long journey into your self?

Emotionally focused, somatic therapy

Often we feel a sense of disconnection in our lives, or we find ourselves struggling with issues such as relationship problems, depression, anxiety, loss of meaning, low self-esteem, emotions that feel overwhelming and unyielding. Taking time out and engaging in therapy is good self-care. It provides a way back to yourself and what is really important to you.

Therapy provides a safe relationship, emotional holding and a non-judgemental space in which to connect with yourself and develop a greater understanding of your needs and inner voice, so you can walk the right path for you.

The structure of the therapeutic relationship can allow you to explore and unravel unhelpful and old patterns of feeling, thinking and behaving and to discover new meanings and action in the world.

As therapy progresses and old ways lose their strength, new experiences of wellbeing such as self-connection, clarity, emotional balance, vitality and connection to others can develop in their place.

The process of therapy allows growth and development to arise in ways which may not have been possible in the past or may not be possible in present circumstances.
